As an EOS Implementor, I know the value this system can bring to any organization, large or small. I see the tools in action and watch them transform business leaders into strong, cohesive, working teams. I have seen the fruits of their labor as their businesses grew. However, I am not only an Implementor. I am also a EOS success story! I was introduced to EOS at a time when my organization was working through some of the 136 normal business issues: high employee turnover, customer satisfaction problems, turbulent market, poor labor pool... the list goes on! Needless to say, my team and I lost a lot of sleep worrying about how the business would thrive. We implemented more complicated processes, hired for the sake of hiring, and lost focus on the business overall because we were so tied up in the issues. Then came EOS! We started from the beginning and worked through the Process. As a team, we began to solve issues quickly. We had open and honest communication and were accountable. We increased employee satisfaction, which increased customer satisfaction.
